Hi,

I'm looking to write up my very own articles. So, I am looking for an article script. This script should offer the following:

1. Allow me the abilty to easly edit the header, footer and body.

2. Article pages must end in the format of .html

3. Article script must come with a search box.......This would allow for visitors to search by topic and/or category.

Thanks

You're looking for a CMS I think, try something like movabletype, that's very good, good code, search engine friendly urls etc. Others are also good, but some, like typo3 are very complicated.

You might also be looking for a program which converts plain text into HTML? There is a cool program called FCKEditor which does this. It's free, but you have to intstall it on your web site.

fckeditor.net

It allows you to toggle back and forth between the normal page and the HTML page. Not sure if that's what you're looking for.
