Hi Guys,

I am after a database that can keep a log of customers for me and can cross reference too.

Something that will be able to inform me when a customer owes me money or an annual event is running out it will tell me and I can email the people concerned.

Along with those things it will need to keep records such as name, address, spends, products bought or own, etcetera.

Does anyone know of a product out there at all - ideally a free program or nice and cheap please.

I have heard about access and VB as my front end databases but I don't know how to use VB - I am okay with access but to set up VB to run the front end I struggle.

All help much appreciated and recommendations too - thanks very much.

Kev.

it sounds like you need a crm program, check out sugarCRM, they have a free open source version or you can get am online subscription for something like 20 bucks a month.

it fairly easy to use

Thanks mj1256

I will have a look at that - in the meantime thank you for your reply and recommendation.

Take care,

Kev.
