Guys, please help me out my website www.naturalremediesguide.net was created by an offshore company, now when i check the cached version the structure is not appearing? Kindly give me any ideas or suggestions. Thanks very much!

I assume your CSS files are protected from external hotlinking.
In that case the referrer will be something other than your site, and those files will not be served to the viewer.
You'll need to provide exceptions for Google, Yahoo, and any other such sites, if you want them to show correctly.

I see your cached page clearly with all design elements including the images. It looks as if the server where the site is hosted must be a bit slow. Google's servers will show the cached text almost immediately, while the rest of the design elements - images, flash files etc will have to load from your server.
There will be some latency if your server is located in another continent - depending upon your network connectivity. Another issue could be your server's connectivity. I have seen some "sites" running on T1 lines.
