It seems to me that the defaults on adsense, even those redirected to another server are still counted in the total impressions. Is anyone else seeing this?

I find that a little disturbing, as it definitely lowers the CTR. Not terribly important, I would just like to know how the ads are *really* performing.

I hear they're working on providing more detailed stats, and this may help us tell how the ads are performing.

Yeah, I occassionally and accidently happen across my stats between hits... ie: 1 hit later, my total raises dramatically

Some days I'll have X hits and make Y dollars, while other days I'll have X+10 hits and make Y-$8.

Knowing what was worth what would help me decide what content to create... of course Google might not like that.
