Just started a Google Adsense Program. I'm looking at the stats that show clickthrough rates and such, but I cant figure ou how to tell which ads get what clickthroughs? Can this be done somewhere? Similar to how Adwords tracks clickthrough rates on different ads, I'd want to see which color combinations of ads work best for my site.

Can someone help?

Adsense, as this point, only gives you basic stats. I'm sure they internally have a lot more information and reporting available, but they're not giving it to the publishers or advertisers right now.

To see which color combinations are doing better for you, you just have to do it manually for now--try changing colors once a day and see if there's any change.

There may be more reporting available in the future, but at this point, we're really limited in the amount of information we as publishers are given.
