Can;t figure this out. I'm building a new site and using adwords fir advertising. All of teh pages that have content display ads based on the topic. The index page, which is the purest and largest in content, is displaying free ads. Can't figure out why. Plenty of content (350 words). Funny part is that some of the non-content pages (my contact form) display the correct ads.

Anyone have a clue what causes something like this?

My how strange the wold is. Immediatly after sending this post I checked again and the correct ads are displaying. Didn't work 5 minutes ago.

I posted the new pages last night, does it take a bit of time to get the proper ads to display?

Most definitely. AdSense actually has spiders that go out and retrieve the pages to better determine the topic of the content. There does seem to be some measure of detection built right into the scripting (or a "near instant" spider that doesn't do much analysis), however to really get a decent match it's usually 24-72 hours.
