Google allows you to have 3 google adsense ads per page and one link unit ad. I have read from an expert that it is best to put all four on your pages in varying spots etc.

But, doesn't Google display the most valuable ads because they want like you to make the most money ? If you have all three ad units in play on the page, won't you have the most valuable ads and the adwords ads from companies who paid considerably less ? If people click on one of these lesser paying ads you may only be getting only a few cents.

So, wouldn't it be better to have one ad on the page and one link unit ad in the nav bar to push up the value or each click and to increase click through rates (because people don't want to see ad after ad).

I know that testing is the only complete answer, but I'm wondering if anyone who is succeeding with Adsense has found this to be true or not.

    Thank you.
