I'm also curious about how (if possible) I could convert the following code so that it plays automatically?
<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="http://www.psychicdeals.com/ivc_flvplayer_03.swf?videofile=http://www.psychicdeals.com/welcome6flv.flv" width="245" height="200" id="ivc_flvplayer" >
<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" />
<param name="movie" value="http://www.psychicdeals.com/ivc_flvplayer_03.swf?videofile=http://www.psychicdeals.com/welcome6flv.flv" /><param name="menu" value="true" /><param name="quality" value="best" /><param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" /><embed src="http://www.psychicdeals.com/ivc_flvplayer_03.swf" menu="true" quality="best" bgcolor="#ffffff" width="245" height="200" name="ivc_flvplayer" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" />
</object>

Safari: I wouldn't know. They may need to install the plugin, just like Firefox users do.
Autostart:
<PARAM NAME="autostart" VALUE="true">
I'm not sure if that'll work but it's what one website said.

i just tried using the following versions for autostart
<param name="autostart" value="true">
<param name="autostart" vaule="true" />
with no luck.
if anyone has any other ideas as to how to make the code (the actual code is shown 3 posts prior to this one) please let me know as i'd like to know how to autoplay (if not for this project than for other projects). thanks!
