I have a site template that is already sliced for HTML and I would like to change the logo. however, since it is cut up, the logo is not one graphic file that can be changed. can anyone recommend an easy way to do this or an easy (and cheap) software package for this?

I also have the page as a PSD file as well.

thanks in advance.

If you have the psd the easiest would be to use photoshop and edit the whole thing.

Overall there isn't really an *easy* way to do this if it's as you described.
