Greetings
At: [url deleted]
The price "0" I actually added to the graphic with Mspaint & LView, but it's choppy.
But below, at "MX91 Mixer", thats coded and clear.
Is there a way to add text to graphics and have it appear clear. I have quite a few graphics like this and its eaiser to do this than to create a whole page.

Happy New Year!
Jack

ACK!

First off, this page will never rank in the search engines without text. By text I mean real text, not part of the graphic... its essential.

The scrolling title tag - I have never seen this done before but I cant imagine it being okay in terms of SEO - I would scrap this.

Also the animated background - I would assume it would be very likely to scare away potential customers...

As for your actual question, clear text in graphics - Try using a higher end graphics editor - Your problem likly lies with MSPaint.

First of all, welcome to the forums. smile I think the contrast between your center graphic and the background is good, since it makes your products stand out but I tend to agree with the above post. Vanachte has made some good points to consider. At this point, I don't know if you're worrying about SEO but its something to consider when designing your pages since it will make your work easier later on if you decide to pursue it. As far as all the flashing and blinking elements go, often too many 'flashing' things on your page is going to distract customers from the real purpose - the fact that you're selling dynamic mixers. If I could remove one thing from the page I would say that the blue razor blade effect on the background is probably the most distracting. Watching the little blades spin draws my attention to those and my eyes don't even really read through your sales pitch for the mixer.

I think that if you were to try using a higher end program to do some of your photo editing you'll probably get the kind of results you're looking for. Adobe Photoshop is generally recommended for people who will be doing substantial graphics work and the price and learning curve are both high. There are however some great tutorials and a great exchange where you can get additional effects, brushes etc. I think you would probably find a program like Paint Shop Pro by Jasc Software more than adequate for your needs. Its not as difficult to learn and compared to other programs is relatively inexpensive at 9 [link] . Photoshop CS retails for 9 US. [link]

Although those are the two I generally recommend, there are probably others as well. Best of luck! smile

Thanks Very Much Sinoed!
Yeah, I've considered changing the background as your point is well taken.

The best SEO is $$$
Know anybody who can really accomplish it?

SEO is search engine optimization - basically, designing a site so that it will be rank well in search engine results. I do know SEM companies that are excellent at SEO and consider it well worth the investment.

Ideally SEO is considered and keywords are researched prior to the site being built (although that rarely happens). Your site would require changing the basic design as already mentioned by others.

Thanks FR,
I would be interested in speaking with the firms you mentioned.
Could you forward me their contact information?

Jack
