I want to redesign my site a bit and may want to revam the header. The current one is in flash with java menus. My questions is what constitutes a good header ? Non flash, text, key words in header , color - what ? !?
Thanks in advance!

Search engines "index text" and "follow HTML links".

Everything else is sub-optimal.
