I've been sent a cd with Mac Quark files/images etc which I can't read on my PC. Anyone know of a utility to allow me to convert it to a format I can use?Or is there a way to save things in Quark on a Mac which would give me access?

If they are the same version (or you have a higher version)... add '.qxd' to the end of the file name... they should open right up.Couple of problems though: 1) Fonts - not compatible, sometimes substitutions works, but you'll be doing a lot of reformating. 2) Graphics - generally compatible, but file naming conventions, etc. will mean a lot of work. Some graphics you'll need to convert to IBM equiv. to use. Good luck. If you only need to print them... not edit. I would suggest having the person save them as Adobe PDF files.
