Okay, in my site review topic, someone suggested I use these. Where do I get them? Or is there some code I can use? If I do add these, do they affect my download time? Because I had them before, and they took forever to download for some reason.
If there is some other way I could spruce up my text links, please let me know.
Thanks!

You can try this site http://www.webwisewizard.com/ They have lots of tutorials on improving your site, and a bunch of other stuff.

sundaisii, this all depends on where and how you want to use them. Give us some more details and we can figure out how we can point you in the right direction.

For regular text links I always suggest using a:hover in CSS.
