Hello, I'm looking for a program that can convert a Bmp image to Gif or Jpeg. If you have the URL handy I would appreciate it.

It all really depends on what your uses are and how much you are willing to spend.I suggest people use Photoshop for any intense graphic uses. www.adobe.com You can also get Fireworks 4 this is the best image optimization program in my opinion. www.macromedia.com
(download the 30day free trial version) I'm sure someone has a link to an online optimization tool as well. Hope this helps
