If you are after a review you might be better posting in the Site Review forum, but then maybe not as it is a directory.... mods?? #
I have had a quick look and this is my initial reaction...
You've spelt 'services' wrong on the home page. You might find the site is easier to edit and maintain if you use includes and control your text with an external CSS file, should also neaten things up a bit.
Good to see a new directory thats not using dmoz

one last thing the numbers dont add up... for instance it says "business to business (5)" then you click through and if you add them up there are (9)... then you click through to "business opportunities (2)" and it says there is only 1 in "network marketing", but you click that and there are (2) in another subfolder.
This is a little confusing, I think it might be a good idea to start with fewer categories until you have more listings. A few of the folders have nothing in them except subfolders, and the subfolders only have one or two sites in themselves.
You should expand as the diectory grows imho and reduce the amount of clicks it takes your visitors to get where they are going.
[just edited out a CRAZY amount of spelling mistakes]

--(2) in "business opportunities" because 1st in "Busi..Opp" and 2nd in "network marketing" that makes (2)
--I did not understand you {You should expand as the diectory grows imho and reduce the amount of clicks it takes your visitors to get where they are going. }

You need to change the text on your add_url_success.html form from the Template Manager. May I suggest adding at least 5000 quality sites before you go public.
You also need to look at the topic selection form. It goes right off the side of screen which means you have a topic structure excessively long for this script.

I meant start with less categories...
As the directory expands (i.e. has more links in it and the categories are filling up) you can create sub-categories. Until they are full your directory will look a bit naked.
hope that is more clear

Hi nickn0783
You are right but if i have less or few category than people submit their site to any category and it makes me confuse that where should i put their site.
Example: if i just have "Education" category and someone selling software to study than they submit to "computer and internet>> anything>>software" or Just in education>> software please search Education software in my directory. Even i have category for each math, science, etc. but some who is listed there selling all kind of software so i don't have to list that site in each category ..
Thanks i do understand and i had been getting rejected email for someplace that my site is not done or undercon.
My site is old but i lost my data so what can i do?
I want to list my site in Dmoz and yahoo, do you think you can advice any other than many category..
thanks

Lifepartner, I think there are a couple of things you need to keep in mind when structuring your directory.
First, end users (your directory users) do not want to click down through several levels that have no sites in order to find one or two sites. It's too much work for the average internet surfer.
If you need a guide for yourself, write out the structure in an easy to "search/find" document (Word or other) for your own use that you can easily access on your computer/server.
Second, I think what you are getting at is how do you connect together your Education software entries for, let's say, Languages, with your Education subcat on Spanish? You will need to devise a linking scheme so that you can have "related categories" listed either in the actual category listings or as an addition on the same page with your category listings for each area of your directory. This will become quite involved; however, figuring it out now will be well worth it in the future if you start getting many site submissions.
Bottom line - - the advice of the rest of the people here is right as far as I can see. It is better to have all of your information in the top couple of levels until you have enough sites to put together a larger and more intricate structure ladder. ;-)
