I am new to this world of web directories and am in process of submitting my site to them....

Is 9 a good "high" number or is 2 a better "high" number?

Which way does the number scale work?

Much Appreciated,

Beth smile

Not quite sure what you mean Beth - what number scale? Do you mean Page Rank?

Yes - Big Style!

BTW - Toolbar PR display is not to be relied on - but it gives you a clue wink

Install the Google Toolbar in IE. Use IE just to check PR once in a while.

Use Mozilla for the rest of your browsing.

Methinks a Google Search for "Google Toolbar" will lead you right to it..... smile

Why not just install the toolbar for Firefox? That way, you never have to leave Mozilla.... Also, for those interested in an even less worthwhile statistic, there is a Firefox add-on that displays both PR and Alexa rank for a given site.
