    The management planned to resite and restructure the current Web server, from one server to become 2 separate Webserver. An currently we host [link] name and http://www.customername.com.

    If we really implement the above plan, would it affect the overall SERP?

    The first thing that is going to happen is a duplicate content penalty.

    Search this site for info on this subject and how to avoid penalties with 301 redirects.

    Include username g1smd in the search.
