There r lots of directories but they have not pr and rankings also. How to get the rankings and PR?

Try using this list to see which directories to target.
...and they did update it last night to remove zeal.com form the list.

Don't panic about PR. That is just one part of 100 in the algo.
Following PR will cause you to fall foul of several other things that the algo looks for in trying to detect people who are manipulating PR.

There is some educated "guesswork" posted on several sites around the net... as well as hints in several dozen Google Patents.
