I searched my site on alexa.com and noticed that it tells you inbound links to your site. I noticed that some are inappropriate (sites about pam anderson and drinking). our site has nothing to do with that. Is this hurting us? How can I remove these sites? Thanks

Dont worry about that - it cant hurt you.
You can ask that you are removed and hopefully it will be done, but either way it will not harm you.
If it did harm you then all you would have to do is go around crap sites getting links to your competitors to harm them.
Truth is it does no real harm and no real good either, since the page linking to you is off topic.

Worst case scenario is that whacko link might even drive a few users to you.
As phil suggests, don't sweat it - pour your time into building content.
