I was looking at the directory listing provided by SportsGuy. Can anyone please tell me what factors to look for ? Saturation, Alexa or PR ? Thanks

Alexa and PR mean not a lot, but no PR might indicate deeper problems.

Browse the sites. See what they list. See how well it is maintained.

I would suggest you choose the directories based on quality. That being said, PR does matter. This ensures that you are not just submitting to crappy ones and link farms. Paid directories are also good options as they are usually well kept. There are also free directories worth submitting to. Remember that traffic form directories tend to be targeted. So the more you submit to (quality ones), the better.

What exactly do you mean by saturation? The number of sites listed?
