How do I best find the Blog Sites and News Sites for a specific niche?

if you want blog sites go to googles blog search and look it up for your niche or search SE's for "blog (keyword)' might show good results too.

Niche news sites will be more difficult; Google news, for example, is pretty poor at niche news - if it isn't broad and loud, they have no criteria to assess the site, and few bother to 'appeal' (and many that do get turned down).

But for all that, try google news and topix and google: [nichekeywords + news]
