I have 3 different image url pixel sizes:
100 pixels
350 pixels
400 pixels
Which url is the best size to submit?

I could give you about 10 answers to this, be more specific and describe exactly what you mean otherwise I'll be typing all day.

betty, Google wants the images to be at least 300x300, so I'd go with the 400 to be on the safe side. I hope this ONE answer helps you.
