Hi,

our company is going to redesign the site, therefore we will be having new filenames for a lot of the older pages that are presently listed.

So once this is done and the new pages go online. what will happen to the old pages present in the listing ? and is there a method to tell the gbot to reindex my site and add the newer page and delete all the redundunt pages from the site ?

No resubmission is need. Googlebot will work it out.
