Hi-
I am somewhat confused and hoping someone can explain. The home page for my site (in profile) is and has been a PR 4 for a LONG time. I have done a bunch of things to bring that up and the content part seems to working (getting indexed) but Google seems to be ignoring incoming links all together. A search incoming links to my site at Google pulls up either 1 or 0 links, even though I know there are lots out there. In fact, I have a google alert set to email me whenever it sees my site on the web and it sent me 3 yesterday.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Ken

Google only shows about 5% to 10% of the links that it actually knows about when you make that site: search.
They do this to try fool people who broker links for PR.

I am wondering about this as well. Suddenly I am showing NO backlinks whatsoever -- not that I had a ton, but still, why would Google hide all of them? I am concerned that this is a sign I might be sandboxed, although my pages appear to still be indexed. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

I doubt you've been sandboxed, it'll properly show 0 links because of what G1 said
