how to increse the google rating on my site (In: Google)

I have been working hard tidying up my html and adding a sitemap to help spiders. However, Google is still saying "Some of your pages are partially indexed." my site has been reindexed since the update and I have tried read the google technical guidelines and quality guidelines and I dont seem to be breaking any rules but I must be missing a trick..
Feedback and comments anyone?????
