    In the organic results, each site listed for whatever you search for will have a string at the end (e=9797, or e=9234, etc.) - all of the sites listed for the keyword I searched for have the same number..

    Anyone know what it is representing?

    Google use this when they are tracking clicks. A random user gets it for an hour or two and then it goes away again.
