Hi I have spotted something on google that I would like to implement in my SEO and I don't know what it is or how to do it. The only way i can describe it is to say if you type 'funky rugs' without the inverts into google the first organic listing displays what I want to do. It is like the main Link and then sub heading links underneath. If anyone can tell me what these are and how to do them I would be eternally grateful thank you
Kind regards
Mark

That's not something YOU do. That is something Google does as they believe it's providing more relevant, useful results for searchers.

I can confirm--this is definitely not something that we have control over. If your site ranks number one for a search term and it's gotten certain amount of "prestige", then your site will show up this way.
I'm not sure whether this "prestige" is given to sites that have been manually reviewed by Google employees or whether it's an automated process. But, if your site ends up this way then you've truly "made it" in my book.
