    Hi,

    A site like hxxp://mysite.com has a pr8
    but by adding the 'www' to make www.mysite.com changes the pr to 0 ?

    Why is this and whats the correct pr ?

    oppps the link should have displayed as http:// mysite.com
    it seems to have changed it into a link ?

    Mysite.com is NOT the site in question - just a stupid name i used with out thinking.

    Thanks (again) G1SMD but can you just explain.
    Everything in the link you sent me is about duplicate content.

    The main reason im asking this question is because im trying to set up a 3 way link exchange.

    Mysite1.com will link to othersite.com
    othersite.com will then link back to mysite2.com

    The only worry i have is that when i view the pr of othersite.com its pr8 without the www and pr0 with the www?

    Is this a site i should exchange with?
    or are they doing something doddgy?

    Yes, www.domain.com and domain.com are duplicate content.



    Oh, and three way links are dodgy. Period. You've been warned.
