    Hi

How can I keep the pr of a page that I move to another place on my website?
The page name and content is not going to be changed just move to another directory on the same domain.

    Thanks,
    Assaf

Generally speaking, you will want to set up a 301 Permanent Redirect from the old URL to the new URL.

Surely if you set-up a 301 permanent redirect the page with redirection will (a) lose the PR and (b) the new page would not gain a PR until it gets relevant links.

The old page will pass most of its PR on to the new page through the redirect.
