I am seeing a time stamp next to my title in google.. like
Oct 7, 3 visit OR Oct 6 9:38 P.M 4 visits, what exactly is that? why dont i see that on other sites ???

You have logged into your personal search, and are getting stats for that included.

I've seen it here and there, it's the last time you went to that site from the Google results. I see it now and again without doing a personal search (unless Google turn it on now and again automatically lol)

It's automatically on if you have used some other logged-in Google feature, just beforehand.
