    Are you talking about the addition of the Google Base results being added to the search results? They've been doing it for a while now with recipes and real estate, so it's not really something that's new. It might be new for jobs, though.

    Yep, the drop down boxes for Location and Job Function near the top of the screen; just above the organic listings.

    Jobs category is new, but adding Google Base into organic SERPS isn't new.
