Using Python as recommended to create my Google Sitemap, it would appear that the program is picking up old content which I had listed temp directories, before releasing the site.

This information has come from the log files. The phsyical directories/files have been deleted.

When Google indexed my site, the pages aren't there.

    What should I do ?

The best thing to do is to edit the sitemap file before it's submitted (or clean it up).
