A client's website was launched back in March 06, it sells Carpet Underlay online and is called ((name removed)).

The current PR is 3, Google has all approx. 170 pages indexed, I am progressively building quality backlinks and I have optimised the homepage copy for the key phrase "carpet underlay."

I am ranking well with several other search engines for the search term "carpet underlay" - however, I am nowhere in Google.

Could it be possible that because the word 'exposed' is included in the domain name, it may have been tagged as suspicious or even spam related?

Many thanks for your input.

No, that's really not possible.

A domain might only have issues if the domain has a history of containing search engine spam. If that were the case, though, the domain would most likely be banned in Google.
