Research for the most of effective and relevant keywords in care consultancy area and make a list of keywords
Go to main search engines like Yahoo,Google,MSN and put those keywords one by one and search.
If your web site appears in search engines for your keyword, your website is exposed to the correct market.
You can research the keywords in following way.

*Put yourself in the place of someone who is searching for care consultancy services in search engines. And think how you search for the service using different keywords and keyword combinations.
*Make a list of those keywords and combinations.
