I'm getting a massive reshuffle of SERP's from 66.102.9.104, it doesn't seem to be just my site but a major change. Anyone have any ideas?

Google does try little "experiments" on a limited number of servers from time to time. Matt Cutts mentioned a few, a while back.
This might be one of those times; or it might be a very early preview to something that will build over the coming weeks and months.
