1. Make a ton of money
2. Buy Out enough shares of Google to get controlling interest in google.
3. Change contact info on google .com to "Your Name" as owner
4 Voila! PR 10 on your new homepage!

Just thought id lighten it up a bit. It was actually funnier in my head before i typed it lol
