Hello fedric, welcome. I think that you first need to determine what it is that you want your website to rank for. What search terms do you want to be found under?
What is the purpose of your website, what is it about and who is it for?
Determine the answers to these questions and then write some pages on the website to tell people what it is about etc.
If you don't know what you are aiming for you will not know what to do and nobody else will either.
When I go to your website - I want to know what it is about.
When I click on a link - I don't want to be told there is a problem!
Get the website functional, install about & help / explaination pages and then start thinking about search engines.

my problem for site is that my site is a web2.0 site
(1) Why do you feel your website is "Web 2.0"?
(2) Why do you feel that you need to do anything differently than you would on a "normal" website?

The content of this site changes every second and is dynamically generated. I think that is the issue that he wants to address.
Still have all you titles, and tags, add some static content as suggested above to the main page that explains what the site is about.
You should always be found for your domain and business name. You will need to brand that name "iuniversit".
