I posted this last week, but didn't receive a reply so I'm trying again
I created a microsite for our company that was doing extremely well on Google (we were ranked in the top 10 for over 100 relevant keywords and phrases). After about a month we dropped completely from the rankings for all of these words. A couple of weeks later we were back in the top 10 (we actually improved overall in our rankings), but then I discovered again today (which is a week later) that we are back out of the rankings. I know sometimes you have to be patient and wait until Google re-indexes your site, but this extreme fluctation seems highly unusual to me. Any ideas? Thank you.

How long has the URL been live?
Is it the site in your profile?
Can you tell me some of the phrases it was ranking well for?
What modifications have been made on the site lately?

The URL has been live for about 3 months or so. This a microsite that has some similar content to our main page, but they both differ in some aspects as well.
The site is in my profile (its the microsite that has been fluctuating in the rankings).
I'm not going to list all the phrases because it was literally over 100, but here some that we ranked number 1 for and are now not ranked at all
1. Boston Foil Stamping
2. Boston Letterhead Printing
3. Folder Printing Boston
4. Raised Stationery Boston
5. Raised Stationery Massachusetts
6. Creative Letterhead Boston
7. Creative Letterhead Massachusetts
I haven't made any major modifications to the site. I added a link onto our resources page and I added an additional sub link on the bottom of each page linking to an internal page. Thanks for your help.

For one you should have your top 3 keyword target phrases on the home page in title and h1 and h3 tags. Also add to google sitemaps.
