Under google search...how is it that some url's display links under their own domain name (while others do not)? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated it as we are trying to accomplish this on our own site. Thanks.
For example, if you google hotels.com, you will see the following:
www.hotels.com/ - 115k - Cached - Similar pages
Buy Now, Pay Later
Destinations
No Cancel Fees Deals
Customer Care
Hotels(uk
More results from hotels.com ยป

Sitelinks are only given to sertain sites. Generally they are old, large, trusted sites.
There is no way to force this action, though in the last few weeks they seem have moved the elgibility down a teir, with many more sites now beginning to show them.

Business_domain,
If you haven't signed up for Google's Webmaster Tools, I'd recommend trying it out. Here is a little information about Sitelinks, as displayed by Google in the search results.
Sitelinks are completely automated, and we show them only if we think they'll be useful to the user. If your site's structure doesn't allow our algorithms to find good sitelinks, or we don't think that the sitelinks are relevant to the user's query, we won't show them. However, we are always working to improve how we find and display sitelinks.
