My company is coming out with a big new site, and I was hoping to get one of you moderators or someone very experienced to help optimize it. The site is almost done. And as far as SEO the copy, meta, title tags, urls are taken care of. What i really need is someone who can go through code and point out and change the problems google will have reading the site. Basically a SEO makeover. Write me back if you are interested.

It is the same domain but new site, going live in a couple weeks. Basically i am looking to hire an experienced optimizer to go through the code and check for problems that might effect it being crawled or served.

just a heads up

websites need to be designed for SEO from conception

building the site and then hiring someone to optimize it is the wrong approach. it most cases that SEO guy will need to do a total rebuild on your new site

FYI: the secret to SEO is not you meta tags

Do you have a budget for SEO?

Do you want on-page suggestions only? Or a link building campaign as well? You will need both in order to rank well.

Is it on an Apache or IIS webserver?

Is it static pages, or does it use a CMS?

The coding work required is quite different for all four possible combinations of answer you could give.

I am going to find that out. In response to the dude above, really metas arent what SEO is all about. And i became involved after the ball was rolling on this site.

when you hire someone to do SEO its better to have some knowledge yourself to know what they are doing and if you are really paying for something worth, always ask them for details of the things they are doing.
