whan anybody search on google with any company name. you will see listing with many other links below it.

i.e. when you search "sun micro" in google, you will see listing with other pages in description space with search and stock quote.

how can I list my site like this?

... so it's not something you control. Google does.

i noticed this with one of my clients. But for a major 2 phrase keyword they are #1 and there is a list of links in there site under it. Google just decides that.

IMO the best way to visualise this is to think of it as a race in the SERPs if you will, once your first, you need to be so far ahead your lapping everyone else and the only way to do that is to become the absolute authoritative figure (the best) in that keyword, and then it's up to Google to decide if you deserve the site links in the SERPs

You can do it for any keyword, however because other people compete, it's harder to stay so far ahead, it's a lot easier with brands wink

These "extra links" only work for single word searches. More specific search phrases dont yeild those links for the #1 spot.
