Hi,
I have 2 pages that are the same www.domain.com/default.htm and www.domain.com/index.htm
How do I redirect them to [link]
The site resides on a Windows server
What is the correct code to use?

Is there a Rewrite Module of some sort installed? Many hosts don't have that facility and most of those won't allow you to install one.
If that is the case, you can sometimes do it within the page script, but I much prefer to do it in the config files (requires Rewrite).

How can I test if the rewrite module is installed?
I only have FTP access to the server.

I've never seen a rewrite mod for IIS, This is done right from the IIS panel and its simple to do, its just option boxes, but your host will have to do it. I don't run IIS anymore so I can't create screenshots, but you don't have access to it anyway.

There's ISAPI rewrite; you'll need to check with your host and see if it is installed.
