I don't know why but google has stopped returning results for our main product pages....Yet they are still indexed!!

Look:
Search for site:www.rdo.co.uk DF484CG

returns the correct page there it is!

But Search for RDO DF484CG

and you only get some rubbish sitemap page referring to the main product page

Why isnt the main product page [link] being returned in the search results?? It always used to.

Thats like the first time ever I've done a Google search and got one result, for 'RDO DF484CG' I get you as 1st out of...1 smile

On the site: search I got 2 results plus omitted which means you have a duplicate content issue. That will be where you are being hindered.

hmmm.... i dont think duplicate content is the issue:
consider this example product code:

SI11XGCSLX

site:www.rdo.co.uk SI11XGCSLX
---returns 2 results.. fine ok thats good BUT:

rdo SI11XGCSLX

--Just returns that sitemap page and not the main Product page! sad
