    found a site that has the HTTP Headers Information indexed for the site description

    you can see it here


    I've never seen this. site is php, mod rewrites enabled in .htaccess on a linux server.

    any idea what caused this or how they can fix it?

    That's not true. Visit the site. The text is on those pages. Google has index the content of the URL.

    how they can fix it?

    Remove the text from those URLs /pages.

    and I know about that too. Someone asked me to find out what happened, but I've been buried with work lately, so I didn't take the time and look closely enough
