I am getting 403 at Google...anyone else experiencing this?

They may have ban your IP for spamming. Have you used some software to make automated queries to google?

Sometimes it may be the result of your browser's behavior. Google may have changed some server settings towards more restrictive mode for some particular block of IPs. If you don't have a fixed IP, then you can sometimes evade this issue by forcing your modem/router to reboot so that you are issued another IP.
