I would like to have a toolbar for my search engine so that users can download it and search directly from the toolbar. I want one like Google, Alexa or Yahoo. The problem is that I've been searching and searching and everyone I find is very low quality, whether the price be $9.99 or $199.00 they are all poor quality.

Does anyone know of any custom toolbar creators that are high quality, like the major players? It doesn't matter if it's a software program or a programmer.

Any ideas are appreciated!

You didn't mention the ones you've looked at, so I don't know if you've already seen this, but there's a JimWorld article on ToolbarWizard which you might want to check out. I don't have any personal experience with it, but plan to look into it myself at some point.

Give this one a try: http://www.custom-toolbars.com/

Don't actually have experience with it, but it seems pretty comprehensive and flexible.
