Is there any way to know what SSL ciphers a visitor has on their browser.

Is there any way to show if a user has 56-bit or 128-bit encryption?

I don't know how but there is one. I know that there has to be some kind of detection script because on some online shopping sites if you don't have 128 bit encryption for Internet Explorer it will prompt you to download and install the security update.
