Thank you for answering so fast. I already have templates on my computer but don't you think that a easy way would be to buy a software to build my website? Everybody is speaking od dreamweaver...Can I do my website without understanding HTML or ASP or PHP languages and by using this software?

HTML is not difficult to learn. There are only about 25 tags that you need to know (and a similar number of attributes and values), and half a dozen rules for using them.
Once you put a page together you can test the code at http://validator.w3.org/detailed.html to make sure that there are no errors in it.

About dreamweaver which is about the best web-authoring
software out there. Html isnt very complex as g1smd mentioned. The amount you have to learn is small if you use dreamweaver you still have to learn how it works and as time goes on you should/will learn html.
