I am about to purchase a new domain to start a website and I have the following dilemma.
I can register a .ORG domain thats 2 syllables, easy to pronouce, composed of 2 simple words and easy to read. The .COM and .NET versions are ad filled parking pages.
I can register .COM domains that are 3-4 syllables, relatively easy to prounce, composed of 2 less common words and may be difficult to read without hypens.
Which should I choose (assuming I only get one)? The website would be an informational site and generally not for profit.

I'm feeling these days that the long one will be just as good.. and cause you less confusion than the more popular on that has the .com taken.
