    Hello.
I am trying to design a new web page, but there is a problem with the background in one of the table cells. An unwanted horizontal line o fbackground has appeared and I can not find a way of getting rid of it. It is difficult to explain what I mean, but you can see it at:

If anyone knows how to get rid of the offending piece of background at the bottom of the top right cell, please let me know as it is driving me crazy.

    Mnay thanks

    tog

There are some errors in the code, not least the fact that your </head> tag is missing.

Fix all of the errors (the margin stuff is non-standard and should be replaced with CSS), and see if that improves the situation.

    Sorry,

I was in a hurry to put the bit with the problem on that page.

I have now tidied it up to match the page it comes from, but of course, the problem still exists.

    Any ideas why?

    Regards
    Tog
